I now offer one-off 60 minute 1:1 sessions. Whether you're a past client wanting a top up session, a new client looking for a taster before diving into a course of sessions or you simply want a standalone session, these are for you!
1:1 Coaching Packages
If you're ready to go all in on your journey and to commit to diving deep on all areas of your life then the coaching packages are for you.
I currently offer 6 and 12 week packages, each includes:
- 1 hour zoom call per week
- Support via Whatsapp for the duration of the course (6 or 12 weeks)
- Personalised resources (journal prompts, intentions, affirmations, progress trackers etc)
- Access to additional resources including meditations, guided audios, journal prompt workbooks and more
- Optional 3 month payment plans available

- Lifetime access to the 12 Week Limiting Belief Transformation Course
