As women I know our schedules can get really busy and we don't always have the space for set 1:1 sessions each week. That's why I've introduced a more flexible option to my journaling clients - WhatsApp Coaching.
With WhatsApp support you get the focus of 1:1 coaching from me but with a much more flexible and fluid form of communication.

- More fluid and regular form of communication
- The ability to re-listen to my support in your own time to fully understand it without the time restrictions of a 1:1 session
- Not time zone dependent
- Ability to message me when you have sparks of inspiration/ mic drop moments/ feel stuck rather than waiting till our next session
