Thank you for joining me for this 'Journal With Me' Session. All you need is something to write with and something to write on, a place where you feel comfortable and something to quench your thirst.

In the first part of the session we'll talk about the benefits of journaling and then we go into a beautiful flow of every day journal prompts.
